A 3cm lightweight shock absorbing EVA sole cushions every step and will make you feel like jumping. And because of the combination of a clinical grade orthotic insole and cushioning every landing will be easy on your joints. Subtle elastic gores on the side of the sneakers allow you to take your sneakers on and off easily. The upper is the sleek buttery leather signature of dr LIZA shoes meaning these sneakers can pass as dress shoes. And with the signature tab at the back they can also be worn with the dr LIZA. These are multipurpose sneakers that will have your comfortably chic wherever you go.
FIT| Please take your regular size according to our or the size you would take in a running shoe. These shoes are gender neutral and for mens sizing take 2 sizes up.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE DR LIZA SNEAKER
After designing high heels with sneaker feels I thought – we need a sneaker that doesn’t look like a sneaker that feels and functions like sneakers. Because some days we are just so tired and worn out that we need that comforting cushiony bounce that only a sneaker can provide. When I have them – they literally put a spring in my step. I just hop around like I’m defying gravity. And wow these sneakers will add an extra pep in your step especially when you’re dancing of if someone suddenly challenges you to a race. You got this!
From a clinical perspective these are doctor recommended for you if you need some support. If you have moderate to severe bunions the sneakers may feel a bit snug for the first 2 wears but once the leather molds you won’t want to take these off. These shoes have an amazing supportive insole so if you have been suffering from foot pain or are in desperate need of comfort these are for you. Get them.
